today's changes include:
1. integrated ajax control toolkit. its controls will be added as needed, within the parameters of good taste.
2. sidebar is now in the form of a stylized accordion. sect

microsoft has apparently increased the bandwidth cap of their file transfer manager. i'm using it to download windows vista ultimate sp1 rc0 from microsoft connect, and the bandwidth is alot higher and more even than i've seen it in the past.

i did some minor site work tonight on the new site, z-index 255. updates include improvements to the entry viewer, styles, and a user info panel. i also fixed a bug where some users accidentally got a banlevel of -1 when that should only happen for me :).
