New Apartment Approved

The new apartment I applied for has been approved. They don't believe in dynamic billing cycles, so my rent will begin billing on 12/1/08. Thus, I shall begin moving gradually as early as Monday. However, I'm still targeting 12/12/08 for the "big move".

So I'm not sure when I'll transfer the Comcast service, which hosts this website. As a result, the blog will go down for a day or two, and it could be any time in the next two weeks. Probably the weekend of the 12th as I originally stated, since I'll have to pay the whole month's rent for both places anyway.

That is, since neither complex will pro-rate me, I may as well give myself the whole month to do it, right? Great; that's over $1,000 rent for the month of December. I may as well have a house - for all the good that would do me. I can't begin to imagine what I'd do with all that space, and I'd be paranoid there were hobos living in the attic or something.
