Chapter 3 - Combating Poverty
3.4.a (Objective): To provide all persons urgently with the opportunity to earn a sustainable livelihood
Generally speaking, you currently have to make your own livelihood. Sometimes you make that opportunity yourself, sometimes a door is opened for you. In the New World Order, you will be provided; issued an opportunity.
3.4.b (Objective): To implement policies and strategies that promote adequate levels of funding and focus on integrated human development policies, including income generation, increased local control of resources, local institution-strengthening and capacity-building and greater involvement of non-governmental organizations and local levels of government as delivery mechanisms;
The NWO will control all resources, your income, industrial capacity, non-government organizations, and local governments. Sound totalitarian yet?
3.8.e: [Governments should] set up an effective primary health care and maternal health care system accessible to all
Nationalized healthcare, but across the entire planet.
3.8.j: Governments should take active steps to implement programmes to establish and strengthen preventive and curative health facilities, which include women-centred, women-managed, safe and effective reproductive health care and affordable, accessible services, as appropriate, for the responsible planning of family size
The NWO's global health program will include an equivalent to Planned Parenthood, and tell you how many kids to have.
3.8.m: [Governments should] Support research on and integration of traditional methods of production that have been shown to be environmentally sustainable
The NWO will tell you to install solar panels to reduce your reliance on burning coal. They may provide the solar panels.
3.8p - 3.8q: [Governments should] Provide the poor with access to fresh water and sanitation; Provide the poor with access to primary education.
The NWO will control the poors' water access, possibly issuing the water. The NWO will provide their state-controlled education to the poor. I guess the rich have to pay for their own schools. That sounds fair and balanced.
3.9: Governments should improve the collection of information on target groups and target areas in order to facilitate the design of focused programmes and activities, consistent with the target-group needs and aspirations. Evaluation of such programmes should be gender-specific, since women are a particularly disadvantaged group.
The NWO will grow to collect as much information as possible about the economy to ensure it knows who makes how much money, so it can decide who to provide all this free stuff to. The NWO will discriminate by gender. Many items in chapter 3 focus on women, suggesting that they may end up on some sort of pedestal instead of being equals.
3.10.e: [The United Nations System should] conduct a review of the policies of international organizations, bodies and agencies, including financial institutions, to ensure the continued provision of basic services to the poor and needy
If your government isn't sufficiently complying with the NWO's policies as described herein, they will come in and do it for you.
